” I recently booked a tour for a VIP corporate group and the team put together the itinerary of our dreams. In fact, the attendees all agreed the tour was best part of the entire trip!
From a booking perspective, the process was extremely easy and stress-free. I shared a couple vague ideas about what I wanted the group to do and was presented with a detailed itinerary with information and photos about each proposed item. There was flexibility to make suggestions, but it was perfect on the first try. Communication was especially great, and the payment process was quick and easy.
As for the tour itself, our driver spoke perfect English and made sure we stayed on schedule. The luxury van was extremely clean and made for a very comfortable transfer between stops. The driver waits for you during the activities so you can leave items in the van. I really appreciated this as I’d brought an extra pair of shoes and some bulky camera equipment that I wasn’t looking forward to carrying around with me all day.
The stops felt like they were chosen with such care, and we were warmly greeted at each one. The four-course meal we had was spectacular and it was included upfront in the pricing. It was made all the better by the view of the rolling Tuscan hills.
Why you should consider booking a tour: Quite simply, they saved me hours of research time, and the experience was so much more authentic than if I’d attempted to book an itinerary on my own. Additionally, it was very apparent that they value quality and really want guests to have meaningful, connected experiences rather than serving as a revolving door for tourists. I will absolutely book again for corporate guests.”
