A traveler — or a private assistant — contacts OHH! ITALY with an idea, a destination, an occasion or a requirement. Preferences, timing, who is travelling and any special needs are discussed. OHH! ITALY then designs the journey, coordinates the selected travel services, and prepares a tailored proposal. Once agreed, OHH! ITALY coordinates every confirmed element. Complex and multi-destination travel is supported where the itinerary requires it.
For families, principals, family offices or assistants coordinating more complex travel, the same process can incorporate privacy requirements, aviation timing, staffing and multi-destination logistics — with one accountable studio from first conversation through travel.
OHH! ITALY designs each journey and coordinates the partners the brief requires — hotels, villas, drivers, guides, restaurants, cultural access, boats or aviation — only when they belong to the journey.
