Private aviation can be arranged as a chapter of a tailor-made Italian journey: the flight coordinated together with arrival, ground movement, the stay and the days that follow.
The exact form is chosen around the client's dates, the party, origin and arrival flexibility, and the wider itinerary — not taken from a fleet list. OHH! ITALY designs and coordinates the journey: receiving the brief, coordinating charter requests through selected specialist aviation providers, and aligning aviation timing with the rest of the itinerary. Independent licensed specialist aviation providers operate the aviation service.
Aircraft, routing, availability and operational access depend on the specific brief and on the selected specialist aviation provider.
Private aviation is only one part of the journey. Its value depends on how precisely it connects with what happens before landing and what follows on the ground. Arrival timing has to connect precisely with the arrangements on the ground. Passenger and luggage requirements need to be considered alongside transfers and onward arrangements. The hotel, villa or resort may need to receive a coordinated arrival rather than a sequence of individual check-ins. If the journey continues by road, by sea or to another Italian city, those legs have to be timed against the same clock.
The work is selected according to the brief. It may include aviation request coordination; arrival and departure timing; airport or FBO-side ground logistics where permitted; private ground transfers; hotel, villa or resort arrival; yacht connections where relevant; onward itinerary timing; passenger and luggage requirements; and multi-stop Italian itineraries. Private aviation arrivals and departures can be coordinated with the selected airport / FBO where relevant to the journey. It is one conversation, not a menu of add-ons.
The geographic scope is not limited to domestic Italian aviation. Internal Italian legs, Europe-to-Italy arrivals and international-to-Italy arrivals can all be coordinated when they belong to the wider Italian journey. OHH! ITALY's role remains coordination of that journey.

Private aviation is strongest when it sits inside a coherent Italian journey, not as an isolated booking.
Where the brief requires it, the same conversation can hold the flight together with arrival logistics, a private ground transfer, a hotel, villa or resort arrival, a yacht connection, the onward Italian itinerary and departure. That chain is an illustration of integrated coordination. It is not a fixed sequence and not a package.
When the arrival is into a hotel or resort reserved for one party, that exclusive-use work is set out under hotel and resort buyouts.
