OHH! ITALY
Italy
Italy, designed privately.
Not one journey. Many ways through it.
Cities, mountains, islands, wine country and coast. The question is rarely what Italy can offer. It is which version of Italy belongs to this journey.
First truth
Italy is not one trip.
The same country can hold a walking city, a week behind countryside walls, a road through fog and vines, a boat day under cliffs, or a quieter island morning. OHH! ITALY designs private travel through Italy by choosing which of those realities the week should carry — not by assembling a greatest-hits route.
How Italy changes
Three nights in Rome ask something different of a family than a week behind the walls of a masseria. A road through Piedmont moves differently from a boat day on the Amalfi Coast. Landscape changes the journey.
The North
Venice
Water as the street.
Venice is read through tide, stone and arrival by water — a city without traffic, compressed and luminous. Privacy often comes from timing and address, not distance.
Piedmont · Featured journey
Fog, cellar and the road between houses.
Turin interiors give way to Langhe hills, tables and cellars. Piedmont is land and wine before spectacle — a northern week OHH! ITALY designs as a dedicated private journey.
The Dolomites
Where Italy changes altitude.
Limestone walls, high passes and thinner air. Summer opens meadow and rifugio days; winter brings ski, soft light and a different evening circuit. Often paired with Milan or Venice rather than asked to stand alone at sea level.
Milan & Motor Valley
City precision, then the road south.
Milan holds design, table and arrival. Beyond the city, Modena and Bologna open factory floors, collections and a clearer northern spine — when machinery and cuisine belong in the same week.
The Centre
Tuscany
A house that looks outward.
Vineyards, hill towns and kitchens — often one base, with days that leave and return. Florence can open the week; the countryside holds the mornings.
Rome
Evenings that start late.
Travertine streets, museum hours that are actually usable, kitchens and studios. Rome carries urban weight — then often needs countryside or coast after enough nights in the city.
The South
Amalfi Coast
Cliff, water and the day between them.
Vertical towns, boat access and sea light. Discretion here is often about address and timing on the water. Strong as a short southern segment — or as a focused stay when terrace and table are enough.
Puglia · Featured journey
Mornings behind masseria walls.
In Puglia, days often begin in limestone courtyards and end closer to the Adriatic. Whitewashed towns, table culture and a slower south-eastern light — designed by OHH! ITALY as a dedicated private journey.
The Islands
Sicily
Island time, with scale.
Greek and Baroque layers, volcanic coast, mountain interior. Sicily asks for honest transfer time — and rewards those who accept distance as part of the story.
Sardinia
Farther water.
Granite, quieter bays and a Mediterranean that feels more remote than mainland coast. Worth the flight or ferry when the week should hold distance and light.
Between places
Italy changes through the window.
Road, boat, train, short flight, walking city. Sometimes the road between two addresses is part of the reason for choosing them. Movement is held with the same care as rooms and tables — so transfer time stays intentional, never accidental commuting.

Where we stay
Hospitality is part of geography — not an afterthought.
A Venetian palazzo, a Tuscan villa, a Puglian masseria, a mountain hotel, a chalet or an exclusive-use resort each change how mornings begin and how evenings close — even when daytime experiences overlap.
When private use belongs in the week, it sits inside the wider journey — not as a separate product line.

The journey
The journey begins with how you want Italy to feel — not with a map of regions.
Share dates, who is travelling, and the tension you want — city or countryside, sea or mountain, stillness or movement. OHH! ITALY answers with places that can carry the week, then coordinates hotels, houses, drivers, tables and access as one design.
