OHH! ITALY
The Dolomites · Winter
A private winter in the Dolomites.
Skiing, without thinking about the rest.
Choose where you want to wake up. OHH! ITALY helps shape what happens around it — the hotel or chalet, ski school for the children, private instructors, drivers, restaurants and the details that leave the days your own.
The Dolomites are the playground. The stay is designed around the people using it.
OHH! ITALY is not selling a Dolomiti Superski product. The mountains are already there. What changes the week is where you stay, how the mornings are held for children and adults, and how little logistics you have to carry yourselves.
The Mountains
One pass. An extraordinary amount of mountain.
Dolomiti Superski gathers twelve ski areas across the UNESCO Dolomites under one skipass — more than a thousand kilometres of slopes and hundreds of lifts when the season is open. You do not need to ski all of it. That is precisely the attraction.
One day might be spent around Cortina. Another on the Sellaronda. Another in Alta Badia. Another may end with a long lunch rather than another lift. OHH! ITALY helps decide which parts of this territory actually make sense for your stay.
The scale is there when you want it. The journey does not need to feel large.
- 12 ski areas
- 1,200+ km of slopes
- ~450 lifts
Figures follow current Dolomiti Superski network totals; open terrain depends on season, weather and operating status.
Why this landscape
There are few ski landscapes quite like it.
Hundreds of kilometres matter less than what surrounds them: limestone walls, high passes, mountain restaurants and the possibility of moving through an extraordinary landscape almost entirely on skis. The week is designed for that experience — not for collecting statistics.
With Children
Their morning. Yours too.
For families, the best ski days do not necessarily mean skiing together from first lift to last. Children can spend the morning with a ski school or private instructor suited to their age and ability, while parents ski independently, stop for lunch, return to the hotel or simply take the mountain at their own pace.
We coordinate the pieces around both — instructors and schools chosen for language, level and where you are staying — without turning the week into a timetable you have to manage yourselves.
The Rest of the Party
Not everyone needs to ski.
A private winter week often includes people who prefer the mountain without the lifts. Wellness, a quiet morning in the hotel or chalet, a mountain lunch where access is sensible, a winter walk when the light is good — and a driver who knows when to collect whom.
OHH! ITALY holds these days in the same design as the ski days: coordinated, unhurried, never presented as a catalogue of activities to complete.
Cortina d’Ampezzo
Three mountains. Very different days.
Cortina is not one continuous ski face. Choosing where to ski each morning — Tofana, Faloria–Cristallo, or Lagazuoi and the 5 Torri — is part of the experience. Historic local schools such as Scuola Sci Cortina sit in that same landscape when children’s mornings need a meeting point that matches the day’s mountain.
Tofana
Broad Ampezzo skiing with long descents and a town-side rhythm that suits mixed ability days.
Faloria–Cristallo
A different aspect of the valley: sun, rock walls and a quieter sense of height above Cortina.
Lagazuoi · 5 Torri
High-pass atmosphere and wartime landscape — often the day chosen for the view as much as the skiing.
Alta Badia & the Sella
The long way round.
A day on skis. The Sellaronda is a full-day circuit around the Sella massif, linking Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Arabba and Val di Fassa — clockwise or counterclockwise, marked and lift-connected when conditions allow. It is less about accumulating kilometres than about moving through landscape: passes, valleys, mountain lunches and a different rhythm from remaining on one mountain.
OHH! ITALY places it in the week only when fitness, weather, children’s programmes and the chosen base make it a pleasure rather than an obligation.
Your Base
Hotel, chalet, or something entirely your own.
The right base changes the entire week. OHH! ITALY can assist with luxury hotels, family resorts, private chalets, residences, exclusive-use properties where available, multi-generational room plans and staff rooms when required.
Selection depends on ski access, privacy, children’s needs, spa and restaurants, drivers, the desired valley and the size of the party — never a brochure directory.
One Journey
We take care of what sits between the ski days.
Depending on the journey: accommodation, ski-school arrangements, private instructors, ski passes where appropriate, equipment coordination, private drivers, airport transfers, restaurant planning, mountain lunches, non-ski days, wellness, family logistics and concierge support.
You ski. The children have their morning. Lunch is where it should be. The driver knows when to return. And the hotel or chalet is the one that made sense from the beginning.
