OHH! ITALY — Corporate

Corporate Travel, Designed Privately.

Bring the team to one place in Italy, and the week starts to work differently. Meetings, meals and time together no longer have to be organised as separate parts of the trip.

The programme

The hotel becomes the base.

A company trip changes when everyone stays in the same place. Breakfast is often the first conversation of the day. A morning session can finish before lunch, leaving the afternoon for the mountains, the lake or whatever makes sense for the group. Dinner brings everyone back together.

Pharma & Medical

When the meeting has more moving parts.

Medical and pharmaceutical programmes have their own rhythm. Delegates may arrive from several countries, meeting hours are fixed, and the hotel, cars and dining around them still have to work. We coordinate those parts around the agenda the client has already set.

Hotel Buyouts

When the group needs the whole house.

Eighty people dining at the same hour is not a room block. Staff have to sleep somewhere. Ten vans at the door is not two guests arriving by car. A buyout is for weeks when the property itself has to work as the programme.

Other weeks

Retreats, meetings, time in Italy.

Not every brief needs a medical meeting or a full buyout. Some weeks are a smaller leadership house. Some are a hotel meeting with dinner already planned. Some are days spent out in the destination, including incentive journeys already delivered.

A table of twelve. Or an entire hotel.

Some weeks need a library and a long lunch. Some need a hundred rooms, a dining room that can turn at eight, and ten vans at the door. The brief decides the size. The property has to work for that group.

Early evening.

Before we begin.

What information do you need to prepare a corporate proposal?

Dates, roughly how many people, where you want to be if you already know, and why the group is travelling. If that is still open, we can start with the shape of the week.

Can OHH! ITALY coordinate the entire programme?

Yes. Hotel, airport cars, meeting rooms, restaurants and the movements between them can sit in one plan.

Can you manage international arrivals and departures?

Yes. Flights land at different hours. Bags and people still have to meet the same hotel. We plan that on purpose.

Can a company reserve an entire hotel or resort?

Yes, when the property and the dates allow it. We find houses that can actually take the group.

Do you operate only in Italy?

Italy is the core. Some programmes also use the Alps, the Adriatic and other European cities when the week needs them.

How do we start?

Send dates, approximate numbers, and what the meeting is for. We will tell you what kind of hotel that implies before we talk rates.

Start with the dates.

Tell us how many people are travelling and why they are meeting. We begin with the hotel.
