How the week is held.

A private programme for a large group is judged in the day, not on the page. Design can set the shape. Someone has to keep that shape when people, weather and timing begin to move.

How does the work have to be done?

Close to the ground. Breakfast, departure, an afternoon that may split, dinner: the sequence is written before anyone arrives, and then it has to be lived. The coordinator is there for the gap between the two — to see the whole week at once, and to change a piece of it without letting the week show the join.

Why does a house need this figure?

Because a group this size does not move as a single line, and a plan does not survive contact with a real morning. Without someone who holds people, cars, tables and what happens next, the guests are left to manage their own week. With that figure in place, they are not.

Groups

When one itinerary becomes many.

Larger groups rarely move as a single line. Some walk. Some rest. Some change activity. Some return earlier. Some join later.

Among the programmes she holds is Summer Camp 2025 — a private week in one house.

On the ground

The plan changes.

Weather moves. An activity changes. Lunch runs long. A guest returns earlier. Dinner remains. An evening still has to begin.

Before

The guest side of the house.

From 2018 she managed private tourist accommodation in Croatia and Italy — the daily operations of a house, the questions guests actually ask. That is the ground of the present work.

She has been with OHH! ITALY since November 2019, as Tour Coordinator & Assistant Manager.

In 2023, outside the House, she coordinated on-site days for travelling basketball groups: rooms, transfers, a timetable.
